Frequently asked questions

Before you begin.

Are all programmes free?

Digital Foundations and Career Ready are proposed to be free for eligible learners from B40 households. Paid organisational training and studio services help support that mission.

How is B40 eligibility determined?

DIWAN will review household income and local needs when enrolment opens. Verification methods and minimum documentation will be explained in advance. Do not submit identity documents or financial records through this enquiry form.

Do I need my own computer?

Not for the planned classroom sessions. Computers will be available at partner venues. Home loans depend on the number of devices available.

Is the certificate a professional qualification?

An internal DIWAN participation or completion certificate is proposed for learners who meet the requirements. It is not an accredited academic or professional qualification.

Can I become a mentor?

Yes. Volunteer pathways are planned for facilitators, career mentors and technical supporters. Share your skills, experience and available time through the Contact Us page.
